Asian
Strategies consultants specialise
in in-depth cross-cultural research in Asia. We work from Japan to
Australia focussing on S.E. Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia,
Thailand and the Philippines); Greater China (PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan); North Asia (Korea and Japan) and India.
We
have particular skills in conducting
projects in markets where research infrastructures are weak or nonexistent.
Our
core business is consumer research
(Research 1.0 & Research 2.0) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. We begin every
enquiry with an examination of culture. Using semiotics and ethnography,
we go far beyond questionnaires in our search for answers to your
marketing problems.
We
conduct all research projects to the highest
possible standards and in accordance with the ICC/ESOMAR
(The World Association of Research Professionals), International
Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice. The directors are
also founding members of the Market Research Society (Singapore).
